Customer intimacy and customer focus look toward the present. For us to create ground breaking innovations, we need to look toward the future.

but without inventors of great ability there will be no sparks, no creative thinking, and no new connections that lead to new inventions.
Solid innovations depend on Technical Capability. Without this,our innovation is no more than wishful thinking.
It is no more than mist on the wind. We will never be able to patent an innovation that we can’t describe well enough for it to be built.
