Step One: Enter information

Just type in each of the three boxes above, with either a name or initials of a person.  Press the create scores button and we will randomly generate a P.R.I.D.E Innovation Orientation score and a Technical Capability score for each person.  This is a simulation.  If it were real we would use the actual scores calculated from Rayalta's proprietary instruments.

Step Two: Create Graphic

Once you have created the scores another button will appear to allow you to process the graphic that the Innovation Pyramid book shows you how to use in your own innovation efforts.

Step Three: View Graphic

After that you will see another button you can press to view your own tailored Innovation Capacity Profile example.

Pick the best members

You can now see that each individual's potential innovation abilities are charted. In general, People Bubbles that are in the upper right hand quadrant should be the best for the specific innovation effort you are starting. Every innovation effort is different, so people's graphs may potentially change with each innovation effort.
